What does the Super Bowl Host Committee do?
We raise money to fulfill obligations set forth in the legal bid document with the NFL, the teams, hotels and other related entities. Our goal is to ensure a great Super Bowl experience for all involved.

The Super Bowl Host Committee is run by NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Company, Inc., a Section 501(c)(6) non-profit corporation.

What time is the game?
The game starts at 6:30 PM.
The game will be at MetLife Stadium.
How can I buy tickets for Super Bowl XLVIII?
The NFL controls all ticketing for Super Bowl XLVIII and demand is expected to be very high. The greatest number of tickets will be made available to the teams participating in the game, as well as sponsors, broadcasters and other business partners.
There are a limited number of Super Bowl XLVIII ticket packages available to the public for purchase at nflonlocation.com. Ticket packages include tickets to the game, insider access and gameday hospitality options. Visit nflonlocation.com for more information on availability.
Are Suites available?

Where do I get tickets for MetLife Stadium events, Jets games and Giants games?
Tickets for events at MetLife Stadium and Giants and Jets games are sold directly through those organizations.
What is the Fan Express?
Fan Express is a ticketed bus system that offers Super Bowl guests a safe, easy, and convenient transportation option to MetLife Stadium on Super Bowl Sunday (2/2/14).
How does Fan Express work?
Fan Express allows guests to choose from nine convenient pickup locations in New York City and Northern New Jersey and select a departure time ranging from 1:30 – 4:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased at www.SBFanExpress.com and then printed at home. On Game Day, Fan Express riders simply show up at the time and location designated on their ticket and take their seat aboard a coach bus to travel via express routes to premium parking locations at MetLife Stadium. Post-game, guests simply make their way back to the Fan Express parking area (Lot E) to board buses back to their original pickup locations.
How do I obtain my bus ticket?
Immediately after your order is placed, you will be allowed to print or save your bus ticket to your computer. In addition, an email will be sent from email@example.com. In this email will be a link to view your downloadable bus ticket and print at your convenience. If you have created an account, you can also access your bus ticket by logging into your account and viewing “My Orders”.
How long is the trip from my departure location-to MetLife stadium?
Depending on the departure location, the time will vary, but we do ask you allow an hour minimum travel time to/from the stadium.
Do I have to purchase a bus ticket for my child?
Children two and under will not require a ticket to board the bus. The child must not occupy a seat and will be required to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian. Please note that all fans must have a Super Bowl Ticket (regardless of age) to enter MetLife Stadium for the game. So unticketed fans, regardless of age, should not ride buses to MetLife Stadium.
My name is on the ticket, but someone else is using it, is that ok?
Yes. The Fan Express Bus ticket will have the name of the purchaser on all tickets; however, it is the unique barcode on each ticket that will determine that each ticket is valid, regardless of the name listed.
Can I purchase bus tickets the day of the game? Is there a Stand By option?
No. All sales for the Fan Express Bus will end prior to the day of game, on January 24th.
Can I show the bus ticket on my Smartphone?
No. Each fan boarding the bus will have to provide a physical printed permit. Tickets can be printed in black and white or color.
What if I lose my bus ticket?
We do ask that you keep all bus tickets safe, as you would money. A paper ticket is required upon boarding the bus both to and from the stadium. If a ticket is lost and cannot be reprinted, you will not be permitted to board the bus and will have to find alternate transportation.
I only need a ride to/from the game. Can I purchase a one-way ticket?
All tickets for the Fan Express Bus are round trip tickets. If you only require travel in one direction, a round trip ticket will have to be purchased. Refunds cannot be issued for half of the ticket.
What do I do if I forgot my bus ticket?
As proof of purchase is required in the form of a physical ticket, a new ticket would have to be printed out prior to boarding. You can utilize a local establishment such as a printing or copy service, public library, etc. to reprint your ticket.
What if I decide not to use my ticket? Will I be refunded?
No. While we regret you are unable to take the bus, refunds for non-use of permit are not issued.
What is the cancellation policy for the bus?
Fan Express Bus tickets are non-refundable. As you will not be able to change/exchange your departure time, please choose your time and departure location carefully. Finalized orders cannot be altered or edited in any manner.
Can I switch my boarding location? Can I switch my boarding time?
No. We do not have the ability to alter an existing order, or change the location of your departure, so please select locations and times carefully.
I require ADA assistance. Can I still ride the Fan Express Bus?
Yes. You will be able to select this as an option during the online ordering process. Each bus is equipped for ADA assistance.
What can I bring on the bus? Food/drink, personal items?

What if I miss my bus?
There is no stand-by option, so it is essential that all passengers be prompt for their boarding times as if you miss your bus, you will have to find alternate transportation.
Will there be any Click and Park/Ride employees on site for assistance?
Where can I catch my bus after the game?
All buses will line up exactly where fans were dropped off, which is Lot E at MetLife Stadium.
How will I know what bus to board after the game?
All buses will be in Lot E upon completion of the game. You may not be on the same bus as heading to the game. You may get in the queue for any bus that is returning to your departure location. If you would like to stay for the trophy ceremony after the game, please head back to the buses after.

How many times can I enter and exit the parking lot?
All lots have a one time entry and exit.
Are shuttle services available from the parking lots?
As all lots are within walking distance, shuttle services are not provided. If you do require ADA assistance, you may purchase a parking permit for an ADA designated lot, where mobility assistance is available.
I require a disabled parking space. Can I still purchase a permit?
Sure! ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) parking is offered in all of our lots. Your state-issued ADA hangtag or placard is required as well as your Click and Park permit.
Is overnight parking allowed?
All parking permits are designated to be event specific; therefore, overnight parking is not permitted. Please exit all parking facilities within one hour after the game ends.
Why can I only purchase a limited number of parking permits?
This policy reflects the weight limitation of each delivery method (in those instances where parking permits are shipped) and also discourages unfair parking permit buying and selling practices.
Why is a parking lot available today that wasn't posted yesterday?
Lot/garage managers may designate which lots they would like to sell first in order to assist with traffic planning and effective staffing. As lots fill to capacity, our system will open additional lots for availability.
Do I have to print my parking permit in color?
No. We understand the cost of ink can be high and in an effort to be the most cost effective, permits printed black and white are accepted.
Can the bar code for my ePermit be scanned from my Smartphone or other electronic device?
At this time, we do advise that all ePermits be printed and presented upon arrival; however, we are working on changing this option so that barcodes can be scanned through phones.
How can I receive my customized driving directions?
Once you receive your confirmation email regarding your order, you will find a link within that email to direct you to our patented routing system to generate directions to your parking location from any point of origin. You can also click on your orders in your account to view directions.
Can I re-sell my parking permit to another attendee?
While your permit is transferable to another customer, Click and Park supports a strict anti-scalping policy that is in effect for all events. You may sell your permit for face value and any orders found that violate this policy will be subject to cancellation. Click and Park reserves the right to retain all service fees for refunds of this nature.
How can I get to MetLife Stadium for Super Bowl XLVIII?
Mass transit via Fan Express or train is the absolute best way to go. You can buy tickets for Fan Express here and find out about NJ TRANSIT's Gameday service here.
If you plan to drive, note that regular parking has been reduced and parking availability will be extremely limited and by permit only. Access to the parking lots and the MetLife Stadium complex will only be available by purchasing a permit in advance here.

What can I do at the Join the Huddle Tour?
Activities will be offered both inside and outside the “Huddle Shuttle” structure for all ages. These include replica stadium locker rooms, activities resembling traditional combine drills, interactive technology activities, a touchdown dance station and referee simulation. Additionally, fans can have their photo taken with the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

When does the Join the Huddle Tour start?
The Join the Huddle Tour will commence on September 4 when a signature element, the Vince Lombardi Trophy, will be picked up at Tiffany & Co.
When does the Join the Huddle Tour end?
The Join the Huddle Tour will end with an extended stay on Super Bowl Boulevard from January 29 through February 1.
Will there be even stops between New York and New Jersey?
The Join the Huddle Tour will visit the same number of events in New York and New Jersey.
How were the stops decided?
Huddle Tour stops are being chosen to celebrate both football and community spirit across the region, as well as to celebrate Vince Lombardi's life and legacy.

Is the Join the Huddle Tour free?
The Join the Huddle Tour is a free event.
Will volunteers be inside the stadium during Super Bowl XLVIII?
On game day, the Host Committee will not require any volunteer support inside MetLife stadium.
Is there an age requirement?
All volunteers need to be at least 18 years of age as of November 1st, 2013.
Do volunteers need to attend orientation?
All volunteers are required to attend at least one orientation session specific to their volunteer activity.
What will Super Bowl Host Committee volunteers do?
Volunteers will act as greeters at airport terminals, train stations, and other transportation sites, provide information at hotels and tourist locations, and assist visitors at other special events.
How many shifts do volunteers have to commit to?
Volunteers must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts (3-4 hours each) for the volunteer assignment they choose.

Will volunteers receive tickets to the Super Bowl?
Volunteers will not receive tickets to the Super Bowl.
Can I decide what kind of volunteer role I would like?
There will be many options for volunteers with different skills and interests. You will have an opportunity to request certain roles and responsibilities.

What is the eligibility criteria for the program?
Businesses must: be established in the local region, be owned and operated by a woman or a minority, and provide one or more of the products and services listed within this site.
What type of certification is required to participate in Business Connect?
MBE/WBE Certification as a for profit business, regardless of size, located in the New York City Metropolitan area or Northern NJ (Bergen, Hudson, Essex Counties). The business must be owned, operated and controlled by minority or women group members. "Ownership" by minority or women means the business is at least 51% owned by such a group or individual. Additionally, the minority or women group members or individuals must control management and daily business operations.
How much Super Bowl-related business should a successfully registered business expect?
Not every business will be contacted or receive a contract. Many factors contribute to this; number of participants, number of available contracts per year, etc. There are no set-asides for this program. Businesses will compete for contracts.
Are there other benefits for registered businesses participating in Business Connect?
The NFL and Super Bowl Host Committee seek to provide access to MWBE's in the community to Super Bowl related procurement. In addition, education, networking and positioning local businesses to better compete in the event industry is part of the benefit.
Are there any programs open to non-women or minority owned businesses?
While Business Connect is aimed at MWBE's, the Host Committee also engages with regional small businesses through community relations and charity legacy programs. In addition, the NFL's Playbook Workshop and Leadership Forum are available to small businesses.
What types of products/services are typically procured?

How many different product categories may be selected for each registered business?
Up to three.
Once the application is completed, what are the next steps?
Upon completion of the registration period an on-line database of registered businesses will be made available on www.nynjsuperbowl.com.
When does the bid process begin?
The bid process can begin as early as June 2013 and continue up until the Super Bowl. Peak bidding activity takes place in Summer/Fall 2013.
Who are the purchasing entities involved?
NFL Direct (League, NFL Network, NFL Films), NFL Contractors (Party Planners West, SAFE Management, Game Day, etc.), Host Committee (Host Committee Sub-Contractors), NFL Affiliates (NFLPA, NFL Alumni, Media Outlets) and Corporate Sponsors or Partners.
Can registered businesses use NFL or Super Bowl related logos or marks?
Neither successful registration nor the obtaining of a contract through Business Connect gives the participant the right to use any NFL, Super Bowl or Super Bowl Host Committee logos or marks for any purpose unless the Host Committee and the NFL have specifically approved or granted that right.
